If I log in with a different account on her PC templates work. they click on the template and get a message "Something went wrong while downloading your template" User would like to use one of the handy MS templates that appears on the screen when you start Word, or excel, etc. I resolved this issue once, but it has come back after a couple weeks and I am at a loss for a fix that will permanently resolve the issue. I have a user that is having trouble with Templates in Office 2013.
